Terms of service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Ampliative LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, which runs TaskDeck: the web app at app.taskdeck.me, this website and the TaskDeck apps. By creating an account or using TaskDeck, you accept them. If you use TaskDeck for an organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm that you may.

Your account

  • Give accurate details, and keep your password, passkeys and sign-in providers safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • AI agents you create work on your behalf. You are responsible for what they do in TaskDeck, and for the assistants and routines you connect to them.
  • Tell us at support@taskdeck.me if you think someone else has used your account.

Your content

  • What you put in TaskDeck remains yours.
  • You let us store, copy, process and display it, and send it where you or your team ask us to, only to run TaskDeck for you and the people you share it with.
  • You need the rights to everything you upload, and it must not break the law or anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use TaskDeck to:

  • break the law, or help others to;
  • send spam or malware, or harass anyone;
  • reach accounts or data that are not yours, or probe TaskDeck's security without our written permission;
  • overload or disrupt TaskDeck, or get around its limits;
  • copy, resell or rebuild TaskDeck without our permission.

Plans and payment

  • TaskDeck has a free plan and paid plans, with the limits and prices shown on the pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew until you cancel.
  • When you change plans, the price is adjusted for the time left in the current period.
  • If you cancel, your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, and you can undo the cancellation until then.
  • If a payment fails, your account falls back to the free plan's limits. Nothing is deleted, and paying again restores your plan.
  • We may change prices. A new price applies from your next billing period, and we tell you before it does.

Other services

When you connect GitHub, GitLab, Slack, Sentry, an AI assistant or another service, your use of that service is also governed by its own terms. You are responsible for the keys and tokens you give TaskDeck, and for what you ask it to send to those services.

Changes and availability

We keep improving TaskDeck and may add, change or remove features. We work to keep TaskDeck running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Ending

You can stop using TaskDeck at any time, and delete your account from your profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why unless the law or the safety of others prevents it.

Disclaimer and liability

TaskDeck is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for TaskDeck in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We publish the new version on this page with its date, and for changes that matter we tell account holders by email before they take effect. If you keep using TaskDeck after that, you accept the new terms.
