Questions about plans and billing
Do I pay for each person on the team?
No. Plans are per account and every plan has unlimited teammates. The limits are on the projects you own, storage and file size, card history on Free, and AI: assistants, agents and routines.
What counts towards my project limit?
The projects you own. Projects other people own and invite you to count towards theirs, and their plan decides storage, file size and history there.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You keep your projects and files and simply cannot add more than the new plan allows. On Free, card history older than 30 days is hidden, not removed, and comes back if you upgrade. Routines stop taking cards, and assistants can't act as AI agents, until you upgrade again.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume it before then.
How do I pay?
Checkout and card details are handled by Stripe. Invoices are in the billing tab of your profile, and the Stripe billing portal manages your payment method.
