Timeline
The board, laid out by day.
Every card with a start date or a deadline sits on a calendar in its column’s colour. Drag a bar to move it, drag an end to change one date, and keep weekends, today and your sprints in view.

How the timeline works
- On the timeline
- A card appears once it has a start date, a deadline or both, sorted by start date. A card with one date gets a striped one-day bar labelled with that date.
- Drag to plan
- Drag a bar to move both dates, or drag one end to change just that date. Dragging the edge of a one-date card sets the missing date, and a click opens the card. Admins and members can drag; viewers can look.
- Finished and closed
- Finished cards stay on the timeline, struck through. Closed cards leave it.
- Getting around
- One column per day, with weekends shaded and today marked. Today brings you back, From and To pick a range of up to 365 days, and scrolling to either edge loads 60 more days.
- Sprints
- On boards that run sprints, a strip above the rows shows when each sprint runs.
- No dates yet
- Cards without dates wait in a list below the calendar, ready to be scheduled.
