TaskDeck vs Trello

Questions about TaskDeck and Trello

Is TaskDeck cheaper than Trello?

It depends on the team. Trello bills each member: Standard is $5 per member a month billed yearly, so a team of six pays $30 a month. TaskDeck bills the account: Pro is $9 a month for any number of teammates. Both have a free plan: Trello's covers up to 10 collaborators per Workspace, TaskDeck's one project with unlimited teammates.

Does Trello have sprints?

Sprints, burndown and velocity are not among the features Trello's plans list. TaskDeck has them on every plan, as an option each board turns on.

Can AI assistants work with Trello?

Yes. Trello's official MCP server works on every plan and can archive but not delete. TaskDeck's MCP server works on Pro and Max, and adds AI agents as project members, plans that wait for approval, and Claude Code or Codex routines that take a card from its button.

Can I move my Trello boards to TaskDeck?

Yes. A project admin can import a Trello board into a new TaskDeck board from its JSON export, on every plan. Lists become columns, and open cards come over in order with their descriptions, dates, labels as tags, checklists and comments; archived lists and cards are skipped.
